Dwaine has spent a decade helping charities, nonprofits, and higher education institutions successfully develop community impact programs, establish employee engagement initiatives, and implement equity, diversity and inclusion policies. He was the inaugural Equity, Diversity and Community Programs Coordinator at Carleton University, served as Co-Chair of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Community of Practice for the Canadian Association of College and University Student Services and holds several certifications related to equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism and community engagement.
