Tania is an experienced business strategist with more than seven years of experience working in sustainability, social impact, and business transformation. She specializes in growth strategy, social impact measurement, operational sustainability and transformation, change management, and social entrepreneurship. A believer that what gets measured gets managed and what gets managed gets improved, she’s passionate about working with organizations to ensure that measurement is the cornerstone of every social impact project. As a facilitator, Tania has delivered social justice and leadership development workshops to youth, schools, and corporate groups. She holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management degree from Carleton University and a Master of Business Administration degree from IESE Business School.

A former student activist, Kelsey co-founded a national student movement to end campus sexual violence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Carleton University.

While she possesses a range of expertise, Rosalynn specializes in employee relations, labour relations, talent acquisition and management, training and development, performance management, HR policies and compliance. Rosalynn works as the Executive Director, People and Culture at New Brunswick Community College and is an experienced board member, currently serving as the Chair of the Fredericton Intercultural Centre board. Having taught at Carleton University in the competitive Social Work Program, and founding her own mental health practice, she brings practical knowledge from extensive work in trauma, mental health and community focused programming. Her passion lies in creating inclusive environments for queer and gender diverse communities, utilizing a culturally competent and collaborative framework. With a comprehensive understanding of large organizations and small non-profits, her approach is grounded in a structural framework, emphasizing tangible skills. Isabeau is committed to delivering transformative outcomes, offering evidence-based solutions to complex social challenges, and cultivating compassionate, inclusive partnerships.

Shortly after graduating with a degree in business management and spending time working at a large corporation in London, UK, John decided to transition to a purpose-driven career, one that would allow him to work with and for a variety of small and large social ventures, both local and international. After years of working for different social impact organizations, he embarked on a new career path as a fundraising strategist and facilitator. In this new adventure, he works with small non- profits from different sectors, supporting them in developing funding proposals, planning and actioning online fundraising campaigns, developing fundraising plans and strategies, planning and coordinating events, and co-creating funders’ stewardship plans.

Frankie (they/them) is a queer Filipino settler currently located on unceded Algonquin Territory (Ottawa). A former Vice President External Affairs of the University of Winnipeg Students’ Association and coordinator of the LGBT+ Centre, Frankie has extensive experience working on initiatives and events which advocate for members of 2SLGBTQ+ communities, racialised peoples, migrant workers, and people with disabilities. They completed a Bachelor’s of Arts Honours degree in History, focusing on topics in social, labour, and immigration history. In recent years, Frankie has been facilitating workshops on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Gender Diversity. These days, Frankie continues to be a passionate community organizer, coffee professional, amateur artist, and cat parent. Well versed in communications, HR, and issues of social justice, Frankie is eager and able to work on/for a variety of situations and organizations.
