Methods for identifying which employee grouping model will meet your organization’s needs
An introduction to the community engagement and facilitation models used to build trust when establishing employee resource and affinity groups

Dwaine Taylor
Dwaine has spent a decade helping charities, nonprofits, and higher education institutions successfully develop community impact programs, establish employee engagement initiatives, and implement equity, diversity and inclusion policies. He has served as a facilitator for several employee resources and affinity groups, including the Canadian Association of College and University Student Services Affinity Group for Indigenous and Racialized Employees and the CUPE (Local 2424) Racial Justice Committee.
